Bringing in the New Year with the family

It was pretty cold today- I think it got up to 15 degrees. Looks like a similar week of weather ahead. Nevertheless, we decided to get out and do some sledding as a family. We went over to the church and sledded down from the church sign. Cold, but fun way to start 2010 together.

You'll notice my camo attire, or maybe you won't, I blend in so well you might not see me.

You must still be having fun sledding down that hill. It's been a while since you last posted.

So, are you, "making a mountain out of a mole hill" so you can sled down it?...but having fun all the same, I'm sure.

You should take the kiddo's to the hill next to our Lowes! It really looks like fun!

The photos remind me of my yoot on the plains of Missourah when we would trek though waist deep snow three blocks which with the snow seemed like miles uphill both ways to slide down Indian Mound on the Northeast side of Kansas City. Great pics and all this time I thought the man made mound at Redeemer was for the marquee.
