The Topeka Capital Journal: "Hunter makes his 1-Legged stand"

Right after a post about battling narcissism I'll point you to a story that is in Sunday's Topeka-Capital Journal.

The writer is Marc Murrell and he did an excellent job relaying the story. He contacted me after seeing my post on a bow hunting website where I told the story of my whirlwind 2010 bow hunting season. Click on the link to read:

I love his subtitle: A knee in need of reconstruction won't stand between a hunter and his deer-hunting passion. My wife on the other hand, thinks such a description proves I'm a psycho.

Wow what an inspiring story of perseverance. Don't know if I would be out hunting after dislocating a knee. Thanks for posting this article, really just shows how far people will push themselves when they are passionate about something.

When I first read the beginning line, it went right over my head. Then I laughed when it finally sunk in to my pee-sized brain. No Narcissism here, just the facts please. Just think of it Tony, you got published! And now we must get your autograph.
