Will the real Mitt Romney please stand up?

I haven't posted on anything related to politics lately.  The whole situation is just so depressing.  Mitt Romney will win the Republican nomination and earn the right to run against President Obama next November.

If gas prices keep going up and unemployment goes over 9% right around election time, he can beat Obama. Otherwise, I think Obama will win quite easily. My gut is saying Obama will win again.

Frankly, Romney would only be a slight improvement over Obama...I think.

Here's a pretty funny parody.  Some of the material is off color and not for kids, but it's the kind of satire that I think makes a solid point worth noting.

Couldn’t agree more… the whole thing is terribly depressing! Lies and twisted ½ truths on both sides that makes me sick! But we all have to do our part and pray that somehow the conservative base stays energized. There is no debate, this is the most important election in our nation’s history. If Obama is reelected, he will shred our constitution even worse than he has already done and abuse his “executive authority” to the point where our country will be Greece with total chaos in the streets! And since he has no election, he has reason to move anywhere but further to the extreme radical left. I hate to even think about the 3 Supreme Court Judges that are well into their 80’s.
I hope, HOPE the Repub’s candidates as well as the RNC have enough brains to quit killing each other and start blasting over every network the failed policies and unfulfilled promises from Obama’s own voice. No need for new stuff, just expose Obama for what he is….. (you can fill in the blanks) God save our Nation!

Sorry pastor: That was terrible! Not only was that not appropriate for children under age 18, what was the point of that waste of two-plus minutes? A parody? Of what? Mitt Romney? Of Mitt Romney having done what, to be parodied? No, it was only nonsense. There wasn't even one cohesive, coherent sentence in that whole waste of time. Almost EVERY WORD of what could've been sentences, but weren't, was cut and pasted together in this nonsense from other speeches. This video absolutely bombed here.

Woodster- if this is the most important election in history, we're in trouble. I see no good options. It will come down to Romney vs Obama, one's only very slightly "better" than the other.

BT- I disagree. I thought the clip was clever and made a good point. I suggest, when you click on "play", if it isn't to your liking pretty swiftly, just click "off" and quit watching. You will then have only taken a few seconds of your time up without getting too frustrated.

Pastor, we have past the point of being in trouble. We are "history!"
